By accessing any part of the 7n777 platform — including browsing the homepage, creating an Account, depositing funds, placing a wager, or redeeming a promotional offer — you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision contained in this document, you must immediately cease using the 7n777 platform and, if applicable, close your Account.

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and 7n777. They apply in addition to any game-specific rules, promotion-specific terms, and the 7n777 Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference and should be read together with this document.

7n777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 7n777 will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the 7n777 platform following the publication of updated Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to remain informed of any revisions.

These Terms and Conditions were last updated on 1 January 2026. If you registered with 7n777 prior to this date and continue to use the platform, you are deemed to have accepted this current version.

To access the full range of 7n777 services — including depositing funds, placing wagers, and withdrawing winnings — you must register a personal Account. Registration is free of charge. Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

Eligibility criteria for registration are as follows:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. 7n777 operates a strict 18+ policy and will verify the age of all Players before processing any withdrawal.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, trusts, and other non-natural legal persons may not register an Account.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, agent, or immediate family member of a 7n777 employee or contractor.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 7n777 platform, whether through self-exclusion or administrative action.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable in your country of residence.

7n777 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any point during a Player's account lifetime — not only at the time of withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restriction or suspension pending verification. KYC documents accepted include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, driving licence, or other government-issued photographic identification.

Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account login credentials. 7n777 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to an Account where the Player has failed to keep their credentials secure. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 7n777 support immediately at [email protected].

All financial transactions on the 7n777 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 7n777 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at 7n777's discretion, and players will be notified of any material changes to available payment options.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum single deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the cashier at the time of deposit.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad typically credit to a Player's 7n777 Wallet within approximately 30 seconds of a successful transaction confirmation.
• Deposits via bank transfer or card may take up to 24 hours to clear, depending on the processing bank.
• 7n777 does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which 7n777 bears no responsibility.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the cashier.
• All withdrawal requests require successful KYC verification prior to processing. Players who have not completed KYC will be prompted to do so before their first withdrawal is approved.
• Withdrawal requests via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 1–4 hours of approval during standard operating hours.
• Bank card and bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the 7n777 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited and will be rejected.
• 7n777 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to large or unusual withdrawal requests. This may require additional documentation and temporarily delay processing.

All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section.

General Bonus Terms:

• The 7n777 welcome bonus offers a 100% match on a Player's first qualifying deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The qualifying minimum deposit for the welcome bonus is ৳500.
• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used first when placing wagers, unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Unless otherwise stated in a promotion's specific terms, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
• Wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the Bonus Funds being credited to the Account. Bonus Funds that remain subject to unmet wagering requirements after this period will be forfeited automatically.
• Wagering contributions vary by game category. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino games, sports bets, and table games may contribute at a lower rate, as specified per promotion.

• Only one promotional offer may be active per Account at any time, unless 7n777 explicitly states otherwise in a specific promotion's terms.

For sports betting markets, 7n777 reserves the right to suspend betting on any market at any time, including after wagers have been placed, if there is reason to believe that the integrity of an event has been compromised. All sports betting is subject to 7n777's sports betting rules, which are published separately on the sportsbook section of the platform.

In-play (live) betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes reflecting real-time match conditions. It is the Player's sole responsibility to confirm odds prior to placing an in-play wager. 7n777 cannot guarantee that the odds displayed at the moment a bet slip is reviewed remain available at the moment the wager is confirmed.

By using the 7n777 platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as the rules and policies set out in these Terms and Conditions. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7n777 platform:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one Account, whether under your own name or using a different identity or payment method.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point, including during KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age, or knowingly allowing a person under 18 to access your Account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to access, interact with, or place wagers on the 7n777 platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity intended to exploit pricing inefficiencies, promotional mechanics, or game vulnerabilities.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, money laundering, or fraud into your 7n777 Wallet.
• Attempting to reverse transactions, issue chargebacks, or dispute legitimate deposits via your payment provider as a mechanism to extract funds from 7n777.
• Exploiting software bugs, interface errors, or pricing mistakes, whether in the casino or sportsbook, to obtain an unfair financial advantage.
• Using abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language toward 7n777 support staff or other users of the platform.
• Sharing your Account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to operate your Account on your behalf.

7n777 employs advanced fraud detection and account monitoring systems. Accounts identified as engaging in any form of prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately pending investigation. 7n777 reserves the right to permanently close any Account found to be in breach of these obligations and to withhold or void any balance, winnings, or bonus funds within that Account.

7n777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Account has been used in breach of these Terms and Conditions, applicable law, or in a manner that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other users.

Where an Account is suspended for investigation, 7n777 will make reasonable efforts to notify the affected Player via their registered email address within 48 hours. The Player may be required to provide additional documentation or information to assist with the investigation. Failure to cooperate may result in permanent closure of the Account.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by:

• Contacting 7n777 customer support via live chat or email at [email protected] and requesting Account closure.
• Requesting self-exclusion — either temporary (minimum 6 weeks) or permanent — via the responsible gaming tools available in the account dashboard or through customer support.

Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the Player via their last verified withdrawal method, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied and no outstanding investigations are pending. Bonus Funds and any winnings generated solely from Bonus Funds that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

Self-excluded Players will not be contacted by 7n777 with marketing communications for the duration of their exclusion period. Re-opening an Account after a self-exclusion requires the Player to contact support, confirm their identity, and undergo a mandatory cooling-off review period of no less than 24 hours before reinstatement is considered.
